Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Mechanic to join a local construction company.

Responsibilities:

· Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment.

· Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repair.

· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

· Repair or replace faulty parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

· Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.

· Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications:

· Valid Drivers license required, CDL preferred but not required.

· Diesel experience a plus.

· Ability to run small equipment such as skid steer, forklift, etc.

· Must be dependable and on time.

· Requires some field work outside of Walla Walla shop and overnight travel occasionally.
