Concrete Crew Leader - Fort Pierce ($20/hr + BOE)

Express Employment Professionals is looking to add an Experienced Concrete Crew Leader to our Fort Pierce team!
Pay: $20/ hr DOE
Primary Objective:
The Concrete Crew Leader is responsible for all phases of the facility operations including production and shipping & receiving.
Key Duties:
- Provide leadership for the successful day to day operations.
- Work closely with all department personnel to review product quality consistency while monitoring yield rates and waste to determine trends and areas of improvement.
- Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Responsibility for ensuring that staffing and competency levels are achieved/exceeded in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Analyze manpower requirements.
- Encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment.
- Encourage, promote and enforce all Company policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure all safety & manufacturing requirements are met and documented prior to and post inspections, to provide a safe workplace for our employees and the highest quality product for the market.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with supervision.
- Any FDOT,CTQP, ACI, PCI Quality Control certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of construction practices and structural concrete.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, inventory control.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
