Machine Operator 1st shift

Location: Clifton, NJ

Pay: $15.13/Hour

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:50am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding according to production specifications, safety and quality standards - will cut extra material for plastic pieces, quality control, able to keep up with production
Review work instructions and visual aids prior to production of parts
follow safety practices accordance with company policy
Monitor quality of parts throughout production
perform visual part inspection, perform deflashing and other part finishing activities as necessary
Place rejected parts in red bin
Pack finished parts in designated boxes for shipping
Immediately alert technician of machine malfunction or deficiency
assure work area is free of debris

Qualifications:

ability to perform functions using manual hand dexterity
ability to identify colors, sizes, shapes, etc.
ability to occasionally lift 30 lbs. or less
excellent attention to detail
fluent in English/able read and to follow instructions
able to stand or sit for long periods of time, loud environment with machines, can never leave machine unattended
