Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Industrial

Salary: $17-22/HR.

Overview: We are seeking a talented and bilingual individual to join our team as an Industrial Inside Sales Representative. As the first point of contact for daily customer service needs, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service, managing orders, and fostering strong customer relationships. The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

2. Order Management:

   • Create quotes for new products based on customer requirements.
   • Place and expedite orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
   • Follow up on orders to provide status updates and address any concerns.

3. Logistics Coordination:

   • Collaborate with logistics companies to coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
   • Resolve any issues related to transportation, ensuring on-time delivery.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
   • Generate reports on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback.

5. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop a solid understanding of our industrial product offerings.
   • Provide customers with detailed information about product specifications and applications.

6. Administrative Tasks:

   • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) for communication, documentation, and data analysis.
   • Navigate and utilize ERP systems to manage orders and customer information.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing and customer management.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor''s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
