Express Employment Professionals are seeking a motivated individual to join a local Company in a hybrid position combining customer service and maintenance duties. As a General Maintenance & Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with renting units, conducting unit showings, handling paperwork, and performing basic maintenance tasks to ensure our properties remain presentable and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, unit rentals, and lease agreements

• Conduct unit showings and provide information about property amenities

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and processing rental applications

• Perform general maintenance tasks including wiping down doors and walls, light cleaning, yard work and basic repairs

• Ensure that common areas are clean and presentable at all times

• Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and willingness to learn

• Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Salary: $10-$12/hr
