Express Employment Professionals is  seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a local Company as an Order Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. Basic math skills are essential for this position, as you will be required to verify quantities and maintain accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders according to customer specifications.

• Place picked items on pallets for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.

• Verify product quantities and quality to maintain accuracy.

• Utilize basic math skills to confirm order details.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.

• Continuous walking and standing during work hours.

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is required.

• Familiarity with order picking processes is a plus.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for order verification.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery is advantageous.
