Maintenance/Ground Technician

What you’ll be doing as a Maintenance/Ground Technician

• Maintain cleanliness through trash removal and landscaping upkeep
• Handle snow removal duties and on-call responsibilities
• Assist with occasional maintenance work orders.
• Ensure adherence to landscaping plans and perform necessary pruning and mulching.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Maintenance Technician

• 2 years of grounds keeping
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Front Office Administrator

• $18.00 hourly
•  Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Ann Arbor, 48105
