We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a freight forwarding company in the Mapunapuna area. You will be responsible for phone and email correspondence, maintain and take ownership of client and vendor files, documentation and general administrative duties. Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to clients regarding shipments to ensure vendor satisfaction
  • Enter and update flight database, customer entry, and template records as necessary to maximize efficiency and accuracy
  • Data entry of time-sensitive information
  • Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate point of contact in the organization
  • Research status of products using internal software - will train the right individual!
  • Scanning of documents and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative and customer service experience 
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with various personalities
  • Able to work Tues-Sat, 7am-4:30pm
