Express on 99th and Fort Street is currently looking for some Industrial Painters! This is a long term, temp to hire, position with a great starting pay range!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment while working
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate paint application
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with machining processes for surface preparation
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for painting tasks
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for efficient workflow
- Experience in assembly work is a plus
- Familiarity with auto painting techniques is desirable
- Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment is a plus
