Customer Service Rep needed! Call or Text 661.775.2570

Duties:

• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
• Answers customer calls.
• Answers customer emails.
• Provides product information.
• Transfers calls to various office personnel.
• Enters information from customer calls & emails into an Excel spread sheet.
• Interacts with and reports any problem customer to the Customer Care Lead as well as asking for assistance with tough questions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
• Polite, respectful, good attendance.
• Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about Pets Global, Inc.’s products that are most appropriate to their situation.
• Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Cross-sells products by making quality referrals and recognizing opportunities to refer customers to others who are more knowledgeable

Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Excel skills 
• Previous Customer Service 
• Past position where they had to interact with people, email correspondence, busy phones, and email.
