Duties:

  • Provide support to spa and pool owners, troubleshooting issues and managing the warranty process.

  • Assess non-warranty claims and determine appropriate support measures.

  • Provide necessary accommodations to customers as required.

  • Monitor claim costs throughout the process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Review and approve service work conducted by third-party service providers.

  • Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on product troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and tasks effectively.

What we are looking for:

  • Two years of customer service experience with a positive demeanor.

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in following instructions while also exercising sound judgment in claim validation.

  • A minimum of six months of hands-on troubleshooting or repair experience is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for phone and email interactions.

  • Technical aptitude with a background in electrical or mechanical systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Oracle EBS is advantageous.

  • While not mandatory, industry experience in spas and swimming pools is highly beneficial.

  • Prior call center experience is strongly desired.

Education:

 High school education or equivalent.

Pay: $19-$23/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
