Operations / Parts Specialist

Located in Lakeville , MN

Salary: Up to $25/hr DOE

We are seeking a Operations/Parts Specialist to join our team! You will be joining our current parts team to assist in the departments daily responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Must be a customer-orientated, self-motivated, team player
• Process parts sales orders and returns both internally and externally
• Assist technicians is obtaining the correct parts
• Assists in ordering, stocking, shipping and receiving parts
• Assist in taking parts inventory (Both cycle and yearly counts)
• Assist in keeping department and work area orderly, neat and clean
• Maintain superior level of customer service
• Pick up and delivery of parts
• Attend annual training
• Other duties as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Parts/inventory experience is strongly preferred, but not required
•  Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
• Must be skilled with a computer
