Our client, an industry leading home remodeling company in Newton, is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their growing team!

Pay: $50,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 7:00 AM Start - Full Time

Responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist:

• Daily communication with sales Team, prospects clients and vendors
• Following up on inbound leads and set up appointments
• Supporting the team in scheduling appointments, assembling jobs specs/detail, verifying all paperwork necessary for job crews
• Updating CRM database and maintaining progress updates with internal team members
• Identify client's needs and provide solutions
• Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge
• Work with the Finance team to assist in processing electronic payments, digitally signed contracts, invoices and other financial/production documents
• Receive, copy, distribute, and file incoming and outgoing correspondence and reports

Qualifications and Experience of Client Services Specialist:

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
• Client service experience (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and personal vehicle
• Strong customer service experience
• Computer and online proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail), willingness to learn Zoho CRM, OneClick Contractor software
• Effective interpersonal skills—able to quickly establish rapport with all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Able to absorb and articulate technical information
