Salary: Up to 75K

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Staff Accountant for a client in the Omaha area. This individual will have an educational background in accounting, financial statement preparation, auditing, tax preparation and tax law. This individual will be working under supervision and have increased duties with demonstrated skill. 

Job duties: 

• Portions of audit and accounting engagements
• Preparation of tax returns
• Analysis of financial statements, estate and trust engagements as experience increases
• Research on some assignments 
• Complete tasks in a timely, organized and accurate fashion
• Other duties assigned by engagement supervisor

Qualifications: 

• Actively seeking CPA certificate. 
• Ability to build and keep rapport with current and new clients
• Ability to sell your services
• Ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail 
• Organized

Hours: 

Monday to Friday 

8AM-5PM
