Salary: $65,000 per annual

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Mississauga, is looking for an Customer Success Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully inviting companies to online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team.
• Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, developing functional records where the company can interact and support the customer.
• Target existing customer base, embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize upselling opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
• Proactively drive sales, identifying and qualifying new business prospects.
• Continuous CRM (Salesforce) update.
• Work with existing customers to help them and utilizing company's best practice of after-sales offing to drive customer satisfaction.
• Support on General Marketing Department Demands.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CRM Experience in Salesforce is preferred
• Experience in Trouble-shooting by phone/e-mail/Microsoft Teams or similar (required).
• Previous experience within the Hospitality industry is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in kitchen/catering industry.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
