Manufacturing Assistant Lead

Located in Exton, PA

Manufacturing Assistant Lead - $17.00 - $20.00/ hour (DOE)

If you have a knack for building off of design and instructions, this is an extremely stimulating position (akin to Legos).  Work within a family ran organization and work alongside 25 employees in warehouse (seasoned/close to retirement).

Manufacturing Assistant Lead Responsibilities Include:

• Cutting Foam and Corrugated packaging material based off work orders
• Assembling of foam work orders per drawings and design
• Work directly with department Lead to ensure the scheduling and completion of work orders
• Employee will be responsible for completion and follow through on jobs, must be comfortable multi-tasking

What we look for in an Manufacturing Assistant Lead:

• Use table saws, band saws, is a plus but will train the right person
• Work efficiently to complete Cut Lists
• Be able to use proper techniques with equipment
• Must be able to read tape measure/ use basic math
