Express Employment is currently recruiting MIG or TIG Welders and Fabricators to work with a variety of companies located in and around Lincoln, NE. We have opportunities with weekly pay up to $22/hr available on both 1st and 2nd shifts. These are evaluation-to-hire opportunities with the potential to turn in to a long-term career!
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Weld and/or fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using various tools and equipment

Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure

Operate welding equipment using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding
-
Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces according to specifications
-
Solder or braze metal parts together as needed
-
Ensure that all works meets quality standards and follows acceptable codes and standards for safety and structural integrity

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools used in the welding/fabricating process

Other related duties as assigned
