Are you organized, professional, and enjoy helping others? We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Intake Clerk to join a busy office team. If you’re a great communicator with strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors and consumers in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer calls as needed

• Schedule and arrange consumer appointments

• Collect payments and issue receipts; reconcile daily cash intake

• Help consumers complete intake paperwork

• Open and sort incoming/outgoing mail

• Maintain accurate and confidential consumer records

• Prepare and file documents following agency procedures

• Draft, type, and send out correspondence and clinical documents

• Copy, collate, and organize materials as needed

• Operate basic office equipment (computer, copier, calculator, etc.)

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Basic keyboarding and computer knowledge

• Ability to work accurately with basic math

• Understanding of confidentiality practices, especially related to health information
