As a customer service representative, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting contractors, homeowners, industrial companies, and government clients with their equipment needs. Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Waipahu, Hawaii

Compensation: Up to $25/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and assist walk-in customers in finding the right equipment or parts for their needs.
  • Complete reservation requests with accurate customer and job details.
  • Communicate effectively with office team members about upcoming reservations via phone, email, or other mediums.
  • Resolve customer issues with a smile, escalating to management when necessary for complex cases.
  • Process payments and close rental tickets.
  • Maintain showroom supplies and parts.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

  • Computer literacy (training provided if needed).
