Job Details:

• Pay Range - $16.0/HR - $20.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Length of Assignment - Full Time, Permanent Position!
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Communicate, professionally, and effectively with customers and salespeople via telephone and/or e-mail.
• Direct calls and emails, as needed, to customer service, ensuring the purpose of inquiries is identified, as well as copying in sales consultant(s), where necessary.
• Responsible for triage of general customer service inbox which included assignment to appropriate person or team for follow through.

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
