Express Employment Corning, NY is assisting a well known company in the Westfield, PA area with filling a DIRECT HIRE FP&A Analyst position!

Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial planning and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools to improve financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance
- Perform technical accounting research and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS)
- Support the preparation of regulatory reports and filings
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Conduct financial analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, and cost management initiatives
- Provide recommendations for improving financial management processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and interpretation
- Proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements
- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective report writing and presentation delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
