Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Bilingual Receptionist! #MTX

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working as a receptionist position with STABLE work history.

This is a temp to hire opportunity!                                                                                           

Pay: $16-$18 hourly DOE

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm 

 

Candidate must be able to successfully complete the following job duties: 

·         Greet and welcome visitors, staff, with a courteous and professional manner.

·         Manage front office to ensure that it remains clean and organized.

·         Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls politely while providing basic information when needed.

·         Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

·         Customer service experience required.

·         Basic computer skills required

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work positively with other staff members.

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Bilingual English/Spanish required.

·         Time Management

·         Detailed, reliable with Good Work Ethic
