Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Summary: 

The Accounts Receivable Clerk must be an experienced team player who is hands on and can be an expert on the status of clients' billing, collection, operations, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office equipment and accounting procedures. Experience with Microsoft office Excel is a must.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Process and calculate customer billings and handle A/R collections
• Responsible for review, corrections, and finalization of invoices in compliance with our billing guides and policies
• Investigate and resolve customer billing concerns and collection issues
• Provide billing support – answer day-to-day questions
• Maintain customer relationships
• Develop and work with efficient billing procedures, policies, and tools; Including the maintenance and updates of training manuals
• Create management reports in Excel - moderate to advanced required

Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in processing customer billings and A/R management
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Tech Savvy with commonly used software solutions
• Ability to work internally and externally with different personality types
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Must be a problem-solver, team-player and solutions expert
