Looking for a Senior Service Technician for a local Family-owned auto repair shop. 

Job Description:

• The Senior Service Technician’s responsibilities include but are not limited to a dedication: to the company’s mission statement, to company profitability and to 100% customer satisfaction.  Also, responsible for following the company policies and procedures as outlined here and in task-specific procedures.
  Must work well with others as a team toward a common goal.  He/she will have all work checked by Shop and Service Manager and/or Owner/Operator before being turned in as completed.
  Must commit to continuously educate themselves through industry-recognized classes, seminars, and tests in order to keep up with changes in the industry and new vehicles.

Expected Results:

• The purpose of the Senior Service Technician is to have a highly trained and
  knowledgeable employee able to diagnose, inspect, repair, service and/or overhaul
  vehicle problems and maintenance.

Experience Required:

• 5 or more years of automotive repair experience on all makes and models
• Working knowledge of:  relevant industry software applications to locate TSBs which includes All Data
• Working knowledge of:  diagnostic scanners and alignments.

Education Requirements:

•    High school graduate
•    Technical/Trade degree within the automotive repair industry or 2 or more years of college – A Plus
•    ASE Certification – A Plus
•    Master Certification – A Plus
