An Environmental Company in the Bridgeview area is a remediation company that specializes in asbestos removal, mold removal, and lead paint removal for residential and commercial properties. The Company offers free site visits and prompt, written estimates.

They are looking for a Customer Service Rep with experience is Scheduling appointments.

Above all, it is their mission to help clients (homeowners, businesses, contractors, and municipalities) to find common-sense, cost-effective solutions to their asbestos, mold, and lead paint problems.

 

HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
PAY: $50-60k

 

DUTIES:

• Answer Phone Calls 
• Report to office manager
• Learn some technical information to answer questions
• Learn to understand their environmental services
• Schedule the field estimate, coordinate with one of the three estimators
• Schedule the future project

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree Preferred in business or related field.
• 3-5 years prior executive assistant experience.
• Ability to organize and think independently with attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects
