Our client, located in the East End, is currently looking for reliable and hardworking Full-Time Bilingual Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to join their team.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for answering for various types of companies following a client defined script to ensure the client’s protocols are followed.
• Logs a complete message, ticket or order in our system or the client’s system or website or a combination of the two, ensuring all information has been verified for accuracy.
• Records client’s message dispatch instructions and on call schedules.
• Cold and warm transfers between the caller and our client as per the script.
• Performs other duties as required

 

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Advanced spelling and grammar skills in both French and English. Must be able to write messages without auto correct.
• Previous experience in a call centre and/or customer service is an asset
• Strong computer skills and able to multitask between various programs and websites
• Must have open availability – Monday to Sunday from 8:00am – 11:00pm
• Must have own computer and ability access to route/modem to have a hardwired internet connection (Not only Wi-Fi) as position will be remote once fully trained
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to manage and complete tasks with little to no supervision

 

The wage for this position starts at $19.00 per hour with increases after probation.
