Express Employment Professionals is looking to add an experienced Insurance Agency Receptionist to an extremely heavy call volume office in Stuart. This is an opportunity to learn the insurance business and grow your career.

This position will include answering calls for a high volume insurance office, typing and assisting the team with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities: 

• Answer multiline phone system
• Take detailed messages by hand 
• Direct calls to the appropriate department
• Light administrative work such as typing, making binders, printing and filing certificates
• Greet customers as they come into the office

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years receptionist experience. Prior property and casualty agency experience a plus.
• Able to work under deadlines
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong MS Office Suite experience (Word and Outlook is a must)

 

This position is with a high volume insurance office.
