Salary: $17-$20/HR BOE

We're seeking a Loader / Crusher Operator for a temp-to-hire position. Pay is based on experience. Must have a Drivers License and clear background.

Job Responsibilities:

•      The daily inspection of frontend loader, crushing line, finished product handling/loadout equipment, and recording inspections on pre-shift inspection reports.
•       The operation of the frontend loader to move/convey raw material (ore) from stockpile to crude ore hopper and to perform utility work with said frontend loader such as back-dragging / scraping material build-up on surfaces and other utility work.
•        Participating/assisting in daily mill inspections to ensure production systems are online promptly.
•        Reporting all operational issues with crushing line and frontend loading in writing via work order to the mill operator.
•       Carrying out and monitoring crude ore blends as communicated by the mill operator.
•       Verbal communication with the previous shift’s operator to obtain pertinent information about the previous shift’s operation.  Ensuring that communication with the relieving operator occurs as well about any issues during the shift that just ended.
•       Always keep the areas under his / her responsibility safe and clean.  This includes the crushing and blending lines as well as the bulk loadout area.
•        Knowing/learning all operations of silos 1 through 6 as they relate to bulk truck loading as well as knowing/learning forklift operation to load flatbed (sacks).
•        Compliance with CRI and MSHA safety requirements to include wearing proper PPE     and conducting and recording workplace inspections.
•        Proper and professional loading of all trucks as stated in the loadout procedure.
•        Any other duties assigned by the mill operator or production supervisor.
