Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Job Duties:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery, including but not limited to conveyor systems, packaging machines, and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Install, calibrate, and test new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Work collaboratively with production and other departments to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used, time spent, and maintenance schedules.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift opportunities.

Payrate:

•  $30.00+ (BOE)
