Customer Service Representative $19/HR

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $19/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm/10am-6pm

*Shift rotation. Work the same shift for the entire week. Two Saturdays required a month. Get a half day during the week if working a Saturday.*

Pay: $19/HR

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist members 
• Transfer calls to proper individual or department 
• Process fund transfers, share withdrawal requests, outgoing wires, Etc. 
• Explain features and benefits of products and services, recommend services and products 
• Provide account information related to: balances, deposits, postings, check clearings, and statements 

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in a customer service roll 
• Ability to problem solve 
• Ability to analyze complex information and data
• High school diploma/GED
