Salary: Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 DOE

Express has partnered with a leading HVAC company dedicated to providing top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to their clients in the Round Rock area. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated HVAC Scheduler.  If you are bilingual (Spanish), possess a strong work ethic, excel at communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 DOE
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule HVAC services for houses under construction and those already occupied.
• Provide exceptional customer service to builders and homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in answering phones when needed to support the receptionist.
• Scan and organize plans and work orders for easy retrieval and reference.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and organize schedules for HVAC installations and maintenance.
•  Assist in managing subcontractor payroll tasks.
• Serve as backup to run schedules as required.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with HVAC field supervisors and crews to ensure efficient job coordination.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with a diverse range of clients and team members.
• Great Work Ethic/Dependable: Consistently reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
• Quick to adapt to new systems and processes, with a strong aptitude for learning.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• Previous experience in HVAC scheduling or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
