Position Overview: Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients in your designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and target potential clients within the designated territory.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Present and promote Express Employment Professionals' staffing solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of client staffing needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in outside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
