As an Employment Specialist / Staffing Consultant with us, you''ll play a pivotal role in connecting our client companies with top-tier talent. Your day-to-day will involve selling our services to exciting new clients and recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates for a diverse array of office positions.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Help individuals find fulfilling careers by recruiting, interviewing, screening, and nurturing relationships with a diverse candidate pool.

?? Drive the success of client businesses by swiftly filling open positions.

?? Build and maintain strong client relationships through sales calls and ongoing rapport building.

?? Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels among associates and clients.

?? Implement essential screening processes, including skills testing, drug testing, background checks, and employment verifications.

?? Master our automated tracking system to optimize efficiency.

?? Collaborate closely with the owner, business development manager, outside sales team, and corporate office to exceed business plan targets.

?? And, above all, be prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done!

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

? 2+ years of experience in sales, HR, or customer service. ? Bachelor''s degree preferred, but not mandatory; we value a mix of education, work experience, and military background. ? Thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

? Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in phone and computer skills, including the Windows Office suite.

? Ability to adapt positively to rapidly changing priorities.

? Understanding and appreciation of client business needs and applicant skills.

? Knowledge of employment laws or hiring practices is a plus. ? Marketing, social media, and public relations skills are a bonus.
