Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers?

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Sacramento. As an integral member of our finance department, you'll play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·        Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• ·        Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• ·        Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers.
• ·        Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payables transactions.
• ·        Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries and issues.
• ·        Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• ·        Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• ·        Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• ·        Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at various levels.
• ·        Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
• ·        Flexibility and professionalism in handling dynamic workloads and deadlines.
• ·        An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus, but not required.
• ·        3 or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• ·        Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus, but not required.
• ·        Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• ·        Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
