Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $22 - $25 per hour

We are seeking an individual with intermediate experience in QuickBooks and proficiency in the MS Office Suite to support our client’s day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by:

·         QuickBooks Management:   Efficiently manage financial data, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and payroll processing using QuickBooks.

·         Scheduling and Coordination:   Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements for team members as needed.

·         Data Entry and Record Keeping:   Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.

·         Administrative Support:   Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

 

Qualifications: 

A qualified candidate will possess:

·         Intermediate experience with QuickBooks is required.

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
