Salary: $17/hr-$20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Insurance Liaison. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate life insurance, long-term care, and disability application and underwriting processes.
• Create insurance illustrations and assist with applications.
• Maintain up-to-date client information and conduct annual reviews.
• Resolve client issues (e.g., payments, changes to personal details).
• Manage inbound calls and correspondence for financial planning clients.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal experience, basic math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with insurance illustration software and underwriting.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Insurance industry experience, particularly in wealth management.
• Relevant insurance licenses (life, health) preferred.
