Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Insurance Liason. We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Your primary duties will include creating insurance illustrations, assisting in the completion of insurance applications, maintaining up-to-date client information, and conducting annual insurance reviews. If you are passionate about helping clients secure their financial futures through insurance products and have a strong attention to detail, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the application and underwriting process for life insurance, long term care, and long term disability for clients
• Running illustrations, gathering necessary personal information, and submitting application 
• Review and prepare legal documents to be executed and processed.
• Resolve any issues that arise with clients including premium payments, changes to personal information, or beneficiary changes
• Supervising inbound call traffic
• Manage all correspondence for financial planning client.
• Manage and attend to alerts on New York Life platforms

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Paralegal experience
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in insurance illustration software and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and stressful environments
• Collaborative, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting
• Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., life, health)
• Experience in the insurance industry, especially in wealth management
• Ethical with a commitment to client confidentiality
• Attention to detail, data entry, and website navigation skills
• Familiarity with Apple products
