Position: Production Technician 

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Job Description:

Summary: We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support: Assist in various stages of the production process, including assembly, manufacturing, and quality control.

2. Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet the specified quality standards. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.

3. Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment as directed, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

4. Material Handling: Safely handle raw materials and finished products, including lifting, stacking, and transporting items within the facility.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep work areas, tools, and equipment in optimal condition.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production quantities, any production issues, and other relevant information.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe work environment. Report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move objects as necessary.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the production process.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
