Glendale Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic and driven Staffing Consultant to join their team.

 

Summary: The Staffing Consultant is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. The primary emphasis is on filling job orders with urgency. The pace is fast, the tools are strong, and the culture is positive. Staffing Consultants are expected to build and maintain a core of strong associates in a variety of functions and be able to fill job orders quickly and efficiently daily in the areas of office services, industrial, and professional. Sometimes the order needs to be filled within hours to meet a client’s critical need or sometimes within days to fill a longer-term requirement. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role. The Staffing Consultant will be interviewing candidates daily, filling job orders, attempting to find slots for the best associates as they come off an assignment, and following-up with clients and associates every day to ensure satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an extremely high-level of daily activity to fill all job orders with urgency.
• Qualify and take a thorough and complete job order.
• Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts.
• Learn, use, and maintain the automated tracking system to fill assignments.
• To fill all order, develop a pool of associates by interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong supporting relationships.
• Coordinate and reprioritize activities daily.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels and retention with associates and client.
• Implement the Employment Verification procedures.
• Increase office and team effectiveness by communicating daily.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Staffing and Customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
