Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find local talent. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Lab Technician for our client located in Huntersville, NC.

Pay is $20/hr. Schedule is on a 2-2-3, 6pm-6am shift. Quality Lab Technician is responsible for applying, and maintaining quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing beverage products.

Job Duties of a Quality Lab Tech

• Perform liquid tests on beverages
• Perform line checks and precise recordings during QA/QC checks
• Work with other departments in jobs and duties related to quality
• Maintain and file proper documentation related to the job
• Able to operate and test product on lab related equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Two to four years’ experience working in quality / lab in a beverage manufacturing environment
• Excellent written, oral communication skills and organization skills
• Experience using SAP preferred
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, FSSC
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets
• Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets and databases
• Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques and documentation
