As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment that keeps production humming. Your work directly impacts efficiency and quality — making you an essential player on the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues quickly and accurately

• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

• Jumping in with smart solutions when machines break down or production stalls

• Collaborating closely with production, engineering, and other teams to keep things running smoothly

• Keeping detailed logs and tracking parts so everything stays organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years (or more!) of solid experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in manufacturing or production

• Strong skills in electrical systems, motors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repairs

• Ability to tackle physically demanding tasks — lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, and more

• A reliable, safety-first mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Adaptable and ready to handle a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
