Powder Coat Technician

Summary/Objective:
The Powder Line Associate will assist in the powder coating and painting process within an assembly-line setting. This role involves the preparation, powder coating, oven-baking, and packaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, and communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Set up, operate, and run machinery efficiently.
• Accurately count and maintain tracking systems.
• Report any equipment issues to the department Lead.
• Perform periodic quality checks.
• Lift, bend, and twist repetitively throughout the workday.
• Utilize equipment such as racking fixtures, hooks, bins, and pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Work Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred.
