Salary: $45,000-$46,000

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a manufacturing and distribution company in Fitchburg, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibilities of this position will be to provide superior customer support to customers that result in customer retention.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customer order processing of parts and repair products primarily including order entry into CRM system and order status inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions regarding shipping dates, expediting, product availability, special items and pricing/quotations.
• Support Outside Sales team with administrative and customer support needs regarding large equipment orders.
• Process invoices
• Maintains pricing agreements and contracts for each customer assigned
• Build positive relationship with customers, vendors, and factory representatives

Requirements:

• HS degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of recent industrial / commercial / technical customer service experience with tangible products
• Experience with software packages with real time inventory, sales order entry and purchase order entry
• Customer service advocate willing to go the extra mile to service customers.
• Technical aptitude hands on experience preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications

The hours for the position are 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is $45,000-$46,000. This is a Direct Hire position. This position offers competitive benefits such as Health Insurance, Matching 401K, PTO, Bonuses, Life Insurance and more!
