NW Portland company an immediate opening for a full-time Counter Sales Associate with exceptional customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and an energetic and outgoing personality. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish.

 

Pay: $20-$24/hr
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Duration: Evaluation-to-Hire

 

Key Core Competencies:
•Receive orders, fill out contract forms, establish charges for service requested, and assist in information changes, such as address and contact information
•Answer phones and field calls as needed
•Assist in handling complaints concerning billing or service rendered
•Perform clerical and administrative support duties for a sales department
•Prepare and distribute various sales reports
•Assist Customer Service and handle inquiries about products or services
•Bi-lingual in English and Spanish and be able to communicate in both languages both verbally and in writing effectively
•Strong typing and data entry skills
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability
•Extremely dependable, punctual, and personally accountable
•Friendly personality and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
