Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Perform installation tasks for commercial and residential projects, including windows, screens, and related components.
• Rescreening: Repair and replace screens for windows and doors, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
• Glass Cutting: Accurately measure and cut glass to specifications for various projects.
• Window Repair: Diagnose and repair window issues, such as frame damage, seal problems, and hardware replacement.
• Deliveries: Safely load, transport, and deliver materials and products to project sites as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations and repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in installation, rescreening, glass cutting, or window repair is a plus but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals!
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure precision in measurements and installations.
• Punctuality: Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from supervisors.
