Diesel Technician (Direct Hire!)

Salary: $28-$35 per hour

Express has partnered with a reputable local company to recruit Diesel Technicians for a Direct Hire position. We are looking for skilled individuals with experience in diesel engine diagnostics, inspections, and mid-level repairs. If you are a dedicated and experienced Diesel Technician, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diesel Engine Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of diesel engines and related components to identify issues and assess their condition.
• Mid-Level Repairs: Perform mid-level repairs on diesel engines, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing faulty parts and components.
• Maintenance and Servicing: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal engine performance.
• Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and diagnose engine problems accurately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, with a focus on inspections and mid-level repairs.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines effectively.
• Tools: Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools commonly used in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of technicians and communicate effectively.
• Punctuality: Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
