Collections Specialist - Contract

Located in Hackettstown, NJ

Salary: $24.00/hour

Our client located in Budd Lake, NJ is urgently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our growing team. Working in our Finance department, this position is responsible for the collections of outstanding accounts receivable, resolving customer billing problems, reducing accounts receivable delinquency, and improving lines of communication with respect to customer payments.

Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday - Friday
Length of Assignment: ASAP - December 26th

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of collections experience.
•    Strong communication, problem solving, polite persistence, sense of urgency, and analytical skills required.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

•    Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
•    Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
•    Making outbound collection calls and communications in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
