Salary: $17.00/hour to $19.00/hour

We are looking for a Crane Operator / Truck Loader for our client, a metal fabrication company.  

Job Summary

The Crane Operator/Loader is responsible for handling materials related to the shipping and receiving of inventory and customer orders. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities   

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts in a safe manner.
• Knowledge of products handled, including color coding and customer specification; ability to read all measuring devices. 
• Unloading and receiving of inbound stock shipments and loading of outbound shipments, including all paperwork necessary to perform these duties 
• Properly loads trucks safely
• All other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Swing shift
• Typically 10-8,12-10

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating overhead cranes in an industrial and/or distribution environment
• Certification to operate overhead crane required
