Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Bellingham to find an experienced Tier 2 Associate to join their Network Operations Center. This is a full-time, career opportunity that offers competitive pay and benefits!

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include:

• Network troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service
• Routing
• Data entry
• 2-3 years of networking experience
• Experience in Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching and routing protocols
• Experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks
• Good understanding of networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, IPv4)
• Experience with MPLS technology
• Availability to be on-call
