Located in Little Chute, WI

Salary: $16-$17/HR

Hours: Full time and Part time available

Monday - Friday

1st shift 6am-2pm

2nd shift 3:30pm- 11:30pm

Pay Rate: $16 -$17/HR

Job Duties:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools, etc.
Consistently follow assigned task lists to ensure productivity.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in performing custodial duties, including the use of applicable chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
Ability to uphold high-quality standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication with management, peers, and customers.
Basic mathematical skills for tasks such as chemical mixing and understanding instructions.
Mechanical proficiency to operate common household and light industrial equipment.
Physical abilities, including trunk strength, flexibility, manual dexterity, static strength (lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects averaging 50-75 pounds), and stamina.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior custodial experience is a plus.
Proven work history that demonstrates reliability and upward mobility.
Ability to work harmoniously with team members.
