Panel Electrician

Located in Walker, MI

Salary: $25-$30/hr DOE

Panel Electrician Job Summary:

A growing custom automation & machine building company is seeking a skilled Panel Electrician to service customer locations and assist with builds and installations. The company offers three weeks of paid time off in the first year and has excellent benefits.

 

Panel Electrician Requirements:

• Responsible for building control panels for automated systems
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to complete the job
• Assist in the fabrication area with assembly of machinery
• Travel to customer sites for installation of equipment up to 50% of the time

 

Schedule: 1^st shift, hours vary based on needs

Pay: $25-$30/hr based on experience

 

Panel and Machine Builder Qualifications:

• 3+ years of electrical installation experience required
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
• Understanding of electrical hardware design, with associated drawings and bill of materials
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions up to 10% of the time, required
• Must have excellent organizational & time management skills, a customer-service mindset, and ability to work independently
• Ability to MIG weld is a plus
